hi guys i have vista and this morning i cannot log onto pc although i can get onto net thro` back door , when i double click the IE icon nothing happens no drop down menu , even if i right click on start and open all users it says this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action?? ps i cannot get into control panel atm.
