hey i have recently decided to go with Virgin XL package (20Mbps) but i am worried that my NETGEAR or Belkin 54g wireless router wont be able to handle all the data going through it.

i have 3 Xbox 360s and a PS3 although the PS3 and one Xbox 360 are on the same TV so normally only one on at a time, so i was wondering would these routers which are normally about £50-£80 depending on deals be able to handle 3 or 4 next gen consoles with the addition of sometimes having a computer going online for surfing the internet?
Any help is appreciated

[EDIT]
if you dont think these routers i have will be able to handle it do you have any ideas/links to a router that will be able to handle it?

which belkin router are you currently using, its highly unlikely youll get a massive boost by buying a standard netgear router (ie a wgr614) if its one of the belkin 7230 models you should be able to flash it with ddwrt or tomato firmware to give it a bit of a boost. you could upgrade to one of the 300mbps routers, but be prepared to upgade your adapters too and remember the 360 and ps3 are 54mb only

In general the new "N" routers will give a far better wireless coverage also for
"g" only clients. Make sure you buy something that will perform and not
crash on you. Also an intelligent QoS engine will give your network
attached clients best possible throughput prioritizing media and Voip packets.
You can of course configure QoS to your liking. Go for a D-Link DIR-655 and
you will be happy for some time to come. This also includes a 4 Port Gigabit
Ethernet switch for superb wired performance. The PS3 has a Gigabit port.

the belkin 54g wireless router has written on the back

"ADSL Modem with High-Speed Mode Wireless G Router"

and under says "model #F5D7633-4"

the netgear model is the "DG834GT" this came from my broadband provider (SKY) and i think is kinda like those £59.99 you can get from PCWORLD
